Request permanent deletion of your Hatid account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Your ride and delivery history will be removed
  • Your saved addresses will be deleted
  • Any pending bookings will be cancelled
  • You will not be able to recover your account

Data we may retain

Some information may be retained for legal, business, or safety purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Transaction records (as required by law)
  • Information related to disputes or safety incidents

Deletion Request Submitted

Your account deletion request has been received. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.
